Trick or Trot & Halloween Hullabaloo
Isle of Wight Parks & Rec presents their 2nd annual Trick-or-Trot and Halloween Hullabaloo! The event will consist of a fun 1-mile walk, run, or roll, along with free Halloween-themed games, activities, a movie, trick-or-treating with vendors, and a costume contest!
This event will be held at the Fairground in Windsor. Registration is required to participate in the Trick or Trot mile. Registration is $10, and participants will receive a Trick or Trot t-shirt and participation award. All other activities are free and open to the public!

Suffolk Grand Illumination
Suffolk Parks & Recreation is proud to kick- off its holiday season with the annual Grand Illumination event on Friday, November 22nd, at The Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts.
After our countdown to light the area, you’ll enjoy seasonal music and complimentary horse-drawn carriage rides. Join us inside for holiday-themed activities, a puppet show, and a meet and greet with Santa Claus! Food and beverages will be available from Arts Kitchen.
Parking is available at the First Baptist Church parking lot, 237 North Main Street; Suffolk’s Seaboard Train Station, 326 North Main St.; and Godwin Courts parking lot, 150 North Main St. Limited handicap parking will be available at the Suffolk Cultural Arts Center, 110 W. Finney Ave.
